honestly, the best way to get better at driving a manual transmission is to understand the mechanics of the whole deal, the better you understand that, the easier it all is...

unless you have a getrag 260, in which case you don't need the clutch for anything but starting from a stop...

Turn Left (North) onto Antioch.

Yeah I was in a grey e30. I KNEW that was somebody headed to the meet! I almost said something, but I figured if you were going to the meet you were going to the meet, and if you weren't, I'd just look really stupid. I didn't think about the possibility of somebody not being able to find it.

Just an update on the vert, the ECU is fried, crappy old ecu's, gonna put one from an 88 or newer in there so don't have to worry about the old, problematic pos'. Probly throw the M30 AFM and 19lb injectors in without a chip or tune and run rich just for the hell of it, after I get the ECU and pinout so I can chase down a few electrical gremlins and figure out where the wire is either broke or high resistance... soon enough...

Didn't you see the pictures.. I had to put the big wing on so it would be stable above 160mph. The rear end wanted to lift on me at the high speeds... Also, with my chip, fusion sticker and 3A raing exhuast I was able to pull 1250 horspower on a chassis dyno. Its got so much torque that when I race it, I have to have bead locks. Its no Chrysler Monaro (or what ever that kid from OT drives) though...
