So I finally got to pit my cars against each other this weekend. I was in the 328i, my friend in my C70. Off the line, 328i got the jump and pulled hard past the C70. My Volvo is pretty sluggish off the line. Second gear, that all changed.:shifty My Volvo, in it's stock glory, just tore past my 328i gaining like crazy. By about 160kph, it was at least 6+ cars ahead.

What engine do you have in the C70? I seem to recall that the R gives ~240hp and the 2.4T gives ~193hp.

Those numbers are easily increased by ~20% by just adding a chip or tuning box.

Here is a pic of my old C70......as for hp, stock is 240hp, upsolute gives it 276hp and slightly over 300 lb/ft of torque. Fun car.

I saw ur S60R before... If I remember correctly, it was on 40, right around Mcdonald.. some hot shizzle....
