I didn't want to know either, but for the first time I watched SpeedNews on Sunday they talk about it in the beginning.
I guess there are no Ferrari fans in here, except me.

I'm a huge ferrari fan (well schumi, and soon to be kimi fan). If I would have opened this before sunday morning, I would have been so pissed. I thought Alonso was going to pass Schumi for sure.

side note: The Honda team is a joke. Pit stop bloopers, plus another Poll to troll performance from Button.

I think there are a LOT of Ferrari fans here, just not so many Schumacher fans. I love seeing the red cars do well. The other reason it seems there aren't a lot of Ferrari fans may well be their domination of F1 for most of the 21st century. People love seeing dominant people fail.

Glad to see some Ferrari fans.
I know, some people hate MS because of his success and domination during the last decade.

I like both car and driver. It's not very often you get to watch the combo of a team/car/driver be at the top. For a while it was the best car(fast & finished races), they were the best team(everything was right on the car...pitstops were flawless) and the best driver was driving the car(fast on most any track, in any weather). Say what you want but Ferrari had their $hit together. That's why MS won so much...Rubens didn't do so bad for himself either while he was there.

Personally I love seeing dominant people like MS drop the hammer on the other fools. Ferrari FTW!

I've been a MS and Ferrari fan. I have loved the last two races. It has been great to see Ferrari climb back to the top. They have really pulled a number on Renault the last two weeks. I'd say the championship is on now.

Brilliant pit strategery FTW. The Ferrari crew kicked Flavio's ass again this week. Sucks when you have the fastest car/driver and still get beat.

Todt had a couple of extra layers of tape on his fingertips this weekend. :)

The Renault was not slow, but I think Ferrari was faster. MS did end up with fastest lap, didn't he? Those two laps he put in when FA went in for his second stop were amazing. He torched the place. MS toyed with FA all during the second stint. He would close up to .2 behind and then drift back to two seconds off the pace, then close it back it again, just maybe when FA thought the Ferrari was done. That was probably about as good as modern F1 racing gets.

Yeah, honestly I get the feeling that MS is just toying around seeing what a few adjustments on-board make the car do and how it changes the feel. I was on the edge of my seat when he was doing that and then I completely jumped out of my seat when he tore around after Alonso went into the pits. It was also good to see Massa do well. Wish the McLarens were a bit better on pit strategy.

I am really beginning to dislike Alonso for the comments he makes, for example the one about how Ferrari was strong only at Imola last year and how he doubts they could keep winning. I wish he would just race and be a bit nicer off the track, recognizing that other teams are strong and can easily take a win.

Now what do you have to say?

I have to say that the best team (and my favorite) kicked Schumi's ass.

Did I ever mention that I (like Alonso) was born in Spain? ;)

That's pretty cool. So you can celebrate and enjoy Alonso kicking MS physically fit ass more than me.

I am not a Schumi fan and I'm proud of it. I have little respect for him. He is very good for sure but he doesn't walk on water like the goo-gooing media hypes him. He was very fortunate to have Brigdestone and Ferrari all coming together like they did. And no he didn't pull them together. The Ferrari management did. I also recall that there were a number of questionable events on track in those years and in each one the FIA ruled in Ferrari's favor.
