Talk to Lee Rector, he is one of the owners there, a good friend of mine. I almost got a job there, but decided to stick with my school plan. Anyway very good mechanics there.

aha. that's terry alright. eta is a big ? with him sometimes too, but his crew is top notch. blackforest decent for basic maintenance items, but i'd take terry's crew's over blackforests. talk to ralph if you can, he's a lot more optimistic than terry about ... well everything.

vanos needs replacing/work. Blackforest quoted me 800+ for a new unit, so i decided to drop in a new solenoid first on my own, and see if that helps.

My power = the suck.:(

OR Possibly need a new o2, and im not paying someone 200+ to do somehting i can easily do myself.

RTABS apparently need to be done also, which is another 250+ job at blackforest. I thought i had these done before, but apparently (after checking my receipt) i hadnt....*dumbass*

So basically i paid 50 bucks to be told my rtabs needed to be replaced and that my vanos was making noise (no shit?):shifty

Call over to soul speed and talk to Bill 832-1800. If he doesn't want to deal with the Vanos I am sure he can tell you where to take it. As far as the RTABS go take it up to Bill he charged me 189.95 for them, 64.95 for the GC shims and 99.95 for an alignment.

yea ill be taking it to bill asap for RTABs and shims. But first i need to get my power issue solved, which is going to eat up whats left in the bank account pretty quickly:alright
