I pretty much followed the FAQ on this forum:

1) Wash with heavily diluted Meguire's gold glass.
2) Dry with micro-fiber.
2) Clay bar
3) Klasse AIO
4) Klasse SG

The pictures below show my car after the second coat of SG a week following the procedure above:

Im the proud new owner of an arctic M3 sedan. I dont know how much you got into it, but PC ing the rear bumper is the biggest pain!!! I must have spent 2, 3 hours getting all the swirls off mine. It just has so many angles! 1,000 watt lights are my enemy :(

PS youve got dirt in your diffuser. :)

I've actually been avoiding my rear bumper for that reason. I've done every other part of the car. It really needs to be done though. :(

When I bought the car the rear lower bumper had a few abrasions (which aren't shown here for obvious reasons). Eventually, as with all things, I'd like to get a new one.

Of course the rear bumper is the single dirtiest part of the car and 80% of the time you cant even tell its swirl-free and shiny :(
