I've left a bottle of griot's garage wax out in the TX garage for a year or so now.
Is it still okay to use? or did the heat and old age just kill it?

View Full Version : is old wax still ok? Nics 04-23-2006, 07:07 PM I've left a bottle of griot's garage wax out in the TX garage for a year or so now. Is it still okay to use? or did the heat and old age just kill it? Kompressor 04-23-2006, 07:29 PM Probably destroyed all of the cleaning and protecting elements in it. Andres 04-23-2006, 07:33 PM How is that any different than buying it from a store? Not like items there don't sit for long periods of time, right? Kompressor 04-23-2006, 07:38 PM Leaving a bottle in a Texas garage for a year or a storage container / store shelf for a few weeks or maybe a couple months tops? Nics 04-23-2006, 09:19 PM Ok, just checking, thanks bud awahl63 05-01-2006, 11:08 AM Actually, it should be fine. Shelf life is usually atleast a couple years as long as it hasn't been frozen. Crazy 13immer 05-01-2006, 12:55 PM Even if it had been frozen, wouldn't it still be usable? I mean as long as it has thawed. awahl63 05-01-2006, 02:29 PM Yeah, it's still useable Nics 05-01-2006, 02:37 PM d'oh!!
