in the fuse box, it's a 15A fuse at F1 for the wipers.

The ones in the right rear are for heated rear seats and other entertainment crap. The fuse you are looking for is in the glove box. Feel the very top of the glove box you can stick your fingers in and pull down giving access to the junction box.
