M Roady

I left work late tonight so traffic was light. I dropped the top and head home. Managed to get near 150 on the Causeway before traffic and troopers made that activity unwize. The trooper was walking back to his car and had to hear me coming before I got slowed before him.
In town traffic was a little heavier until I get past downtown heading North on I-275. I was running fairly quickly then the left lane is wide open. :buttrock I mash in 5th then decide wtf, drop to 4th and the Roady is screaming bloody murder as I blast past the concrete wall.
As I'm coming up on an onramp I notice a topless silver S2K. From his entry speed it was obvious he wasn't going to be an obstruction to too many others on the road. I slow a bit and mash for effect as I pass him a couple lanes to his left.
Traffic has re-emerged. He tucks in behind me until there's an opening. There could have potentially been room for a side by side, but my exit wasn't too far and wasn't sure he'd line up properly. So I opt to allow him to draft.
Rolling from 90 mph I pick 4th and get mashy on the gassy. Not really where I want to start a race, but oh well we play what we are dealt. For a couple seconds the S2k is stuck to me pretty solid. The brick is doing an effective job of making him a hole, and he's likely in the money spot in third gear.
By about 110 I've started a little stroll on the S2K. By 120 the M Roady is screaming ahead. I run 4th out until 6,900 rpm and shift. By now I think it would have been safe for a bus and a Prius to merge between the Roady and the S2K.
Fifth gear finds the S52 powered banshee screaming further and further ahead. The turtles in the far lanes are breaking their necks looking at the red blur followed a good distance back by the silver streak.
I hit 140 and let out hoping for a line up. I move to the center lane. I'm willing to miss my exit (next exit 11 miles!) to line up with this guy, but he gives the appearance of heading for the exit so I hop far right.
He passes me on the left, we are back in normal speeds now. I throw a thumbs up. He returns it.
We play very little on Bearrs before he exits while giving a peace sign.
Fun little run. Cool guy.
Cliff's notes: M Roadster vs S2K 90-140. S2K hangs in until the roady gets into high RPMs, at which point the ///M starts stacking on bus lengths.
