This whole "$100 for 2 silicone hoses" thing kinda pissed me off, so I looked at the "race parts" on the dealer websites, and they make everything from vacuum hoses (which I've already had to replace a section of) the 2 radiator hoses we obviously need (known to bust as well) and little stuff like heater lines.

To me, 2 hoses of a different color just looks random anyways. :confused

I'll probably get that hump hose above for my intake which will add even more to the "look" which is kinda rice, but having replaced some lines already (with 105k miles) it's quite functional. Most of this stuff is rated to 350+ degrees.

Just seeing who is interested, I'll call for pricing of a kit, I need to check lengths, inner diameters, and outter diameters of all hoses in the picture below.
(Yes, me ghetto home depot heat shield has seen better days, and the stupid ignition cover caps fell off again!)

Highlited areas are possible replacement locations. Let me know if there are other hoses we can add.

Damn wait, I'm having a huge brain fart, our cars use 3.5mm vacuum line right? What is that in a standard / fraction?

Convert from mm to inches by dividing by 25.4

?

Get the decimal equivalent of a fraction by dividing the numerator by the denominator... 3rd grade math y0!

I'm moving this to the Group Buy forum. If you decide to do a GB, be sure to get approval beforehand.
