As a vendor with a long standing reputation, I have personally decided to avoid random assaults on my integrity by people with none of their own. Little, petty, idiotic internet fights are just not interesting. They take away from the service we wish to provide our customers.

What you were reading or are reading or will read will always be different. Call us, and you'll be pleased to know we have never ever left a customer unsatisifed that didn't choose to be that way.

i know from personal experience that umnitza customer service and overall service is amazingly awesome. you guys come thru on alot of important things and are always there when help is needed. but can we please stay on topic. i got shafted in the other group buy, i would really appreciate if you, umnitza, could help some of us go thru with this GB. it there anything you can do with the pricing?.....Please?
