Don't know what the problem is. It's been this way since my sister owned the car. The A/C blows cool, but not cold and when its like 93 like it was today, wit just feels like a fan curculating hot car. what could be the problem?:help

It could be any of a number of things:

Low refrigerant
Stuck expansion valve
Bad compressor
Bad high/low limit switch
Leaking heater valves
Climate control system fault

Probably best to have an experienced BMW tech look at it.
