Anyone know what went wrong or if this is common?...i need help!!

Could be low PS fluid, broken hose, bad rack, bad control valves, or bad PS pump, broken belt. The first thing is to see if the system has and will hold fluid. If it won't hold fluid there's a leak that should be obvious.
