As I was driving back home from the movie a few nites ago at about 12 am.. I happened to notice a yellow celicia with a body kit on it. It was the current model. My wife and I were in the M3 with the Ac on and talking about the movie when out of the corner of my eye I see the Celica jump.. I took notice of it but didn't think this guy was really calling me out.. I continue to talk about the movie till we get to the next stop light. and wouldn't you know it.. we end up being the first in line at the light...

The guy continues to rev his engine, but I can barely hear it cause my windows are rolled up. I look over and stare at him. Young guy trying to look like a gangsta, and doesn't even look my way. I think.. is he for real?!? I tell my wife to hold on.
The light turns green and he goes for it..I gun it after I gave him a car length.. I passed him easily and had him by more then a bus.. I slow down and I see him Gun it again!! So I just step on the gas in third right when he tries to fly by me.. I speed up and beat him again by 2 busses.. I thought he would slow down and give a thumbs up at least but I guess he had other plans. He did a flyby and continued at about 100 mph.. I had slowed back down to speed limit.. and just cruised on home.
I don't think I'll ever understand the flyby..

The Celica is still alive, somewhat in a round about way. The Caldina wagon I drove was reasonably quick and would mod well, but then again its a Celica GT4 in a wagon body. The new caldina I'm not sure what the drivetrain is off, but its still awd with a 3SGTE.
