have an 03 4.4i, with air bags in rear
installed H&R lowering kit, dropped front 1.5 inches and dropped rear 1 inch
took to the dealer and paid $110.00 to have them lower rear ride height 1/2 inch
got vehicle back and they lowered the driver rear 1 inch and passenger rear 2 inch.
left msg w service advisor asking to call me back to schedule taking it back in to correct problem.Im sure they will take care of it for me, but Im anticipating a little bit of a struggle since I asked for 1/2 inch and they gave me 1 and 2 inches drop.
Does anyone know what this process entails for them, I thought they plugged in the computer and essentially specified rear lowering 1.2 centemeters and then pressed enter.
Im now thinking it must be a little more complicated if the tech could botch it this bad.
Can Anyone explain this process please???

dealer asked me to bring it back in today, seems that the tech has to play with it somewhat in order to get the correct ride height not just specify a measurement. I forsee the struggle, I hope the tech gets it right this time , Ill be quite pi$$ed if I spent $110 to get it kind of close to where I want it.
