Hey, I just recently purchased a 2002 330ci. I am the second owner on it. Both owners non smokers, all miles (47K) are practically highway. Clean title, no accidents, always BMW dealer maintenence, premium gas, etc. It has:

It is in excellent condition, always garaged, low miles, completely stock, I don't want to sell it unless the price is right. KBB is saying I can get like 22-25K for it, but the local ads have failed at even 20K and the dealer wont take it for more than 18K. I would like to know what is a reasonable price to ask for this to attempt to resell it locally as well as on the forums. For pics, you can go to:

Dealer wanted 28K, I bought it for 25K, and I only put 1.5K miles on it. I just don't like the E46 for some reason, I love my e36. There is nothing wrong with the car, everything is in perfect factory condition, just a matter of insurance and personal preference :-D. If I can't sell it, I'm hoping to trade it in for a decently moded E36 M3 or something... Would prefer to sell it though.

Pics sent. Warranty was a 2 year/20,000 miles. So the warranty goes off at around 65K. I'm not sure on selling it, I want to know how much I can sell it for than I might sell it. I honestly just am not sure on how much to ask for it.

Color, int, ext... etc? HID headlights? Email pics to lucitanious@satx.rr.com. You should be able to get $20k for it easy if it has 47k miles.

Color on outside is the dealer white, I don't know what it is called, interior is all black leather with the silver trim. Yes it has the HID headlights, but they are not automatic. And I thought I could get like $20K for it, but it seems to be more of a problem, I was hoping to get like $22K but, worse comes to worse I might list it for $20K

You should have been able to get that much easily for it imo. If I saw this like a month ago I might have even bought it if it was closer.
