I am trying to replace a cracked foot rest trim panel (see diagram). I have removed all of the screws and fasteners, but there is a lip on the foot rest trim panel that is pushed under the door sill cover. I am not sure how to remove the plastic door sill cover so I can slide out the old foot rest. Any help?
