Not in NoVa, but I know a great place in Philly and NYC... lot of help that is.

Well if it's a good place with not too crazy prices, I might be willing to drive up to Philly or New York. When you're doing something to your body that will last forever, a couple hours more is worth it in my opinion :)

There's a place here in Manassas called Exposed Temptations. I know a few that went there to get tattoos and piercings and they seem to do quality work.

They don't need to be world class. The roundel isn't that hard of a design. :D

That's one of the places I called, they seem pretty decent... Prices aren't too bad either

Rick's in Alexandria is supposed to be good.

Patriot's in Fairfax is pretty good too.

No clue where nova is but if you want some of the best tattoo's around go to Marcus Kuhn in Maine (www.marcuskuhn.com). I am friends with him and I have two pieces from him.

That place " Exposed Temptations " seems pretty good. I met the guy Brandon and seen alot of his work. Hes got a great style.
