you choose your team, driver characteristics, etc. and then decide on car setup, quali strategy, race strategy, driving style, and a bunch of other stuff. It's really cool, especially if you and your teammate start helping each other out. Right now you can do an F1 season in either 2002 or 2006, or some other championship that I'm not familiar with, called the generic BTCC championship.
The game is really fun and addicting.
Oh yeah, the best part is it's FREE!!!

flyeryan 09-10-2006, 11:59 PM bump. Just getting back into this game. If you guys sign up for Kool Tools (highly recommended, very helpful!) I get some cash back! Of course I'd donate it right back to batracer, as the game kicks all sorts of a$$, and is stealthy to play at work or wherever. Tons of fun, especially now that more series have been added.

Tried Live for Speed (http://www.liveforspeed.net)? Graphics are not as nice as GTR, but the physics and gameplay are very good.
jbond04 04-23-2007, 12:34 AM So I just joined the BATracer community within the last week and joined an F1 2007 series. I'm currently the team leader for BMW Sauber, and I must say, this game is AWESOME! I'm a fan of F1 racing, so that helps, but I love how this game can be played over a browser on any computer. Glorious!

JETninja 05-02-2007, 05:09 PM One of my Son plays it all the time, and if your a ALMS Forum member, the Batracer site has made them an exclusive ALMS version for the forums members use only for this initial season. My Son's been painting cars just for that series....
I prefer the 3D variety....rFactor and GTR2..... :D
