Hehe actually, long story short with the ITR it was stolen and stripped when my bro was up in NorCal going to UC Berkeley... so.. it's gone. My silver m3 was actually his until i got into my accident and totalled my car... Dad bought a used 02 carbon black m3. My bro wanted that one so the silver was given to me ^_^ so there's 2 m3's in the family ^_^

No worries though. I don't really get bent out of shape about these things... I bent the control arm though, and I was due to replace the balljoints anyways. Final tally of parts is: Fender, Fender Lining, Control Arm, Tie Rod with Ball Joint, Turn Signal, and I'm gonna replace that little trim piece under the headlight as well. I'll put in all new fasteners as well, so that's gonna be like $50 just in bolts, and screws alone... Oh well, at least it will all be new when I'm done!

Luckily, I've got some friends that work at Highland Auto Body, and they're going to hook me up on free labor. I just have to pay for the paint supplies...

Sucks, but whatta ya gonna do? Silly actions have stupid consequences... That's what happens when you try and show off in front of your friends, right?

I should have it all put back together and in good shape by the end of the day on Monday. That's when I've got time scheduled in my buddies paint booth.

I'm going to do the suspension work tomorrow, and then the cosmetic stuff on Monday.

It was a fun night other than the accident. I'm definitely down for doing it again!

I still plan on getting the car back together functionally for the run through red rock canyon... Nobodies allowed to take pictures of the left front side of my car though! :stickoutt

It's nice to see more people noticing the Vegas section! As far as the next meet I'm guessing we're doing it every couple of weeks? Why don't we do it once a week? I think it would bring more people out and once we start getting good turnouts and plenty of people then we can do it every couple weeks. I've got an extra helmet that I'll bring along for you. BRING YOUR KART!!! Thre's no reason you shouldn't run it... You can bring your kart, and I'll tape your runs, and you can tape mine...

Registration starts at 7:00 am and ends at 8:30 am. Pretty early to get up and drive out to Boulder City, but it's worth it!!!

Don't think to wild now Dan hehe...Your runs won't be much faster than mine, gotta remember a Karts very light & 450cc lol...But i will out handle everyone out there i guarantee you i can almost out handle everyone out there due to suspension & aerodynamics..

Kev, Naturally a 3200lb 300hp car won't outhandle our out-accelerate a Kart. Last auto-x I went to the Kart's were's running around 43 seconds on the course, and my car was running around 52-54 seconds...

Technically it is a competition, but 95% of us at the auto-x are really just competing against ourselves, trying to get better times throughout the day...

I don't think it came up in conversation the other night, but I am director of the fine art division at Acumen Entertainment Group, a publisher/printer of fine art. We can create something very appropriate for the weekly events. I'll get one of my designers to make something very professional, and we'll print up glossy cards that we can keep in our cars and hand out to people we meet, as well as 11" x 17" posters and 24" x 36" posters that we can give to performance shops around the valley...

Looks good though. It's a start. On monday, I'll have one of my designers start working on a poster for the events...

As for the E36.... Im looking for something clean, 5-speed, tastefully moded, I would like to keep it under $10k and within a days drive (there and back). TJ, I did like that one you messaged me about, hopefully its still for sale when I have the loot in hand...about two to three weeks.
