tire pressure is mostly based on the weight of the car, what car is this for? either way, 23 is likely way too low. Look in your owners manual or its also inscribed on the metal plate in the drivers door jam. Just use the stock suggested pressures.

I have a 92 325is. I should put the recomended pressures in the manual on very unstock rims and tires??

It depends on the load rating of the tires you are using (which you did not post).

Regardless, 23psi seems WAY low.

Run 35~38 psi.

How about for 245 Michelin PS2's in 18" size, for my E36 M?

its basically the same car, I'd say 34-36 psi cold. depends somewhat on the tires and how hard you're pushing them.

I would run a couple of PSI less then that it is supposed to be stock to really take advantage of your wider tires.

I would bet that the load rating of the tires is more then stock but if the tires are designed for a heaver car does that mean that if you put them on a lighter car that you have the PSI the same as the heaver car??? NO!!

As we all know from all the "bigger tires don’t give you any more traction threads" wider tires don’t give you any more traction then narrower tires if the PSI is the same, right?? You just change the contact patch when you put the wider tires on. However if you drop the PSI a little the contact patch gets bigger which gives you more traction.
