hey,
so my friend has an 02 x5, she told me today that when she uses the controls on the steering wheel to change the radio station, it doesnt toggle between the stations she has set as her "favorites"
it scrolls through, as if she is pushing the scan button on the radio..

does anyone know how to fix this? i tried to fix it, but i tried everything i could think of, and it was still doing the scanning thing..not switching between her set stations..any ideas?
