So what's the recommended fluids for these: (I use Redline Fluids)

E30 M3 Quaiffe 3.45 LSD
(currently has redline shockproof lightweight)

Euro E36 M3 6 speed tranny
(currently has a mix of redline MTL and D4ATF)

I'm changing the fluids in a couple of weeks and just planning ahead on what to get.
