View Full Version : Thank You
TC Design 04-04-2006, 05:51 PM Just wanted to thank the great Bimmerforums members for helping me through one of the worse days that we have had. We make great products and stand behind them 100% The S2k owner has still yet to contact us at this point :confused . To say thank you to our BMW community we are running a batch of 14mm inserts/tools that fit the drain/fill plugs of the rear diff covers and will send one to any diff cover owner, even if you own the "other" one. Just send an email to tony@tcdesignfab.com.

Awesome gesture, Thanks Tony
GroovinPickle 04-04-2006, 07:05 PM While reaching for my mouse to click on the link to email Tony, I knocked my whisky glass over, soaking my mint condition Bic "round stic" ballpoint pen and rendering it useless. It is a 1999 model with a custom ear wax-encrusted end in what many would have considered mint condition. It was used as a collector's pen, primarily writing in cursive (so as not to overwork the ball).
I was forced to use one of my special monogrammed hankerchiefs to clean up the mess, and when I placed the silken cloth on the other side of the desk, an errant candle flame ignited the alcohol-soaked hankerchief. Needless to say I will be contacting the Yankee Candle Company posthaste, as they have provided no warning about using cloth soaked in Maker's Mark in the vicinity of their products.
My question to you forum-goers is what course of action should I take in seeking restitution for TC Design's failure to provide a safe manner in which for me to email them?
