Nice car, but why the fire suppression and electrical cutoff decals?

I love the car but if it were mine, de-sticker, black CIA inlet, black recaros, bumperless or euro bumpers and it would be jammin!
Better quality pics then last time.

I like the one on the street with the mountains in the background. Might have looked cool too if the car faced the mountains, like it was ready to take off. btw, is that an "E21" plate on the trunk lid where the 320i is supposed to be? unique...

It's a backwards "3" a "2" and then an "i"

This one would be tits if there was a dead cat or bum underneath it where the stain is on the ground. Grow some balls Barry and roll the wheels so they are 1/2 off 1/2 on the ledge...

when people say take your car to the track, I think they meant a race-car track:
http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a207/BARRYE36M3/SKY07.jpg
not the high school track :stickoutt

lol, too bad that gate couldn't open wider...you could turn left 4 times & be a pro nascar driver :D

bahahahahaa

I've been outta touch...are your fenders flared now? If so...I was thinking you could pick up a slightly rusted or dinged pair of euro bumps, sand them down and paint them bodycolor for a smoother look than the diving boards.

Whats funny is I acctually have a set of rusted Euro bumpers in my garage and now I don't want to install them. I kinda like rockin the us bumper in the back and having the front blank. I am acctually gonna have the front holes filled in. I might add the euro bumpers to my next E21 project in a few months. She'll be sweet. All I am gonna say is that it will be an iS.:D

Hopefully on the next one you leave off the hood pins, stickers, roll cage, etc... and make it a nice car.....unless of course you are actually going to race it then all that stuff is almost plausable....

zak78
04-12-2006, 02:39 AM
I think Barry's car has a certain kitsch. I'm really not down with the stickers for the most part, but I like the number on the hood. I think the gap where the front flare hits the bumper indentation needs to be filled, since I'm a sucker for smoothness. I'd also do something drastic like removing the rear bumper, filling the holes and changing to a small fuel cell...but then thats some extra $$$ too. I sure couldn't drive something like that every day...I'd save it for crazy weekend blasts.

TheNeek

What is the deal with those flares? are those the BMP ones that fit on just about everything?

BARRY E36 M325
04-12-2006, 04:49 PM
There the same black plastic flares as what Bavauto has for the '02. I got em on ebay for like $220 with shipping. And yes Alaska Bimmer, it is gonna be raced. I'm waiting for the season to begin for auto-xing. It's still on and off rain down here in south cal.

I would love a fuel cell but first I gotta just get the fuel injection done right. Freakin putt-putt sometimes. I think I'm doin programmable fuel injection next. I'd love it.
