Hey everybody, I was talking to Thomas about this (///M3///M5) and we were thinking about meeting on Thursday at the Toys R Us parking lot (the one in Buckhead), around 7:15. After that catch a quick bite to eat then head over to the Varsity. Find a spot there for all of us to park together. I'm open on where to eat since I don't know that area too well. I'm also open to time changes since this will be my first Varsity meet and I'm not too familiar with the situation. Earlier or later just let me know. Hope to see some of ya'll there. You know the drill.

This morning, I had an early meeting with a client, who happens to also be a good friend. He has remarked several times about how cool the car looks, so I didn't have to ask twice if he wanted to go for a ride. I took him through some of the uber-twisty back roads up here at ludicrous speeds. I grew up learning to drive on these roads, so I was fine, but his reactions went back and forth by the second:

"WHOA! That was a tight curve! :eyecrazy Hahaha! That was pretty cool though! :D OH $#!T!! WATCH OUT!! :eyecrazy Hahaha! Whooo!! :D HOLY F&CK!! :eyecrazy Damn, that's awesome!!" :D

This is the same guy who just survived that close call with his liver/gall bladder, so he's sort of in a smell-the-roses, "Enjoy life while you can" mode at the moment. When we got back to the parking lot when he left his car, he asked which dealership I'd gotten it from, who I'd talked to, and started wondering about talking his wife into getting one. :rofl
