It was about 6.30pm on that warm tuesday evening.......I had just released my "RED DEVIL" from it's abyss to stretch her tempting legs......as I headed east on oakland park blvdjust ahead past 441 I spotted a black bullet shaped hatch back weaving in and out of traffic picking on this red 318i with an //M3
badge on it (he deserved the thrasing he got for false flagging)
but anyway iI cannot allow this type of sacriligious behavior against a fellow bimmer....so I warp onto the twin turbo 300zx's tail and her tries pulling away but no dice....the growl of this good ole faithful twin turbo 3.5L as I use the low gears and high torque to shadow him.................
Ok we both got into the turning lane for 31st ave from oakland pk blvd......I glance over and see his girl in the copilot seat pointing
my way and he gives an arrogant smile so I nod and adjusted my
profect B from a lowly 10psi boost level to an ass kicking high boost level of 18psi .......he he he if he only knew what was instore for him........
FLASH....the green light and we are off..I hug the right lane as we turn to give him the leeway.....( I want him to get ahead to keep his confidence) as he gets about a half a car lenght ...i go into 3rd
sssspppphhhhh the turbos exhale.......I am neck and neck with him.......sssssspppphhhhhh...4th gear and i pull on him hard and he is falling behind........sssssppppppppphhhhhh....5th gear and
he is giving up he flashes his head light........
so me being the curteous driver that I am I wait for him at the next light...to give him a fair shot of the line .......
FLASH..green light and he jumps out there and I spot him some distance again....I count my gears ....2.........4500r's..3........5000r's..I am at his door.....4....5500r's I am ahead of him 1 1/2 cars 5........1/2 a block ahead......
hmmmmmmmmm....I wonder what his girl was saying to him after......
