Hey...hey...
For a while recently, my girlfriend had no car. She used to have a Hyundai Accent, and she was waiting for her new Accent from the dealer.
Long story short, she needed to get to an appointment so I lent her my Z3 2.8. I obviously trust her a lot!
So, she was sitting at a stoplight, when this riced-out Dodge Neon came up alongside her. Racing stripes, twin tailpipes (she would later find out), blue sidemarkers, lowered, you know, the works...
My girlfriend is 4'11" tall, weighs like 98 pounds, red curly hair, so it didn't look like it was her car.
I don't know what the riceboy was thinking, but he revved his engine, and was getting ready to launch the car, moving forward ever so slightly each time he released the clutch a bit, waiting for the green to come, clearly intending to smoke my beloved car.
Not one to back down, my girlfriend, who was driving my car alone for the first time, didn't even bother to launch, but rather accelerated quickly off the line as the riceboy lit up his tires big time, trying to prove to himself that his Neon was faster than a girl-driven (yet modded) Z3.
Non contest, he bit the dust as my girl increased the gap at each shift. By the next stoplight, the point had been made. He didn't even bother to try again.
I love my car. I love my girl even more! Way to go! :alright
