The pictures show a huge box truck in front of me as I turn left, so I couldn't see the light... think I have any chance of getting out of it?

That camera has been there for a long time now. My rader detector always goes off on Laser everytime I go through it. I keep for getting about it, and it always scares the crap out of me. I would since it's a moving violation=points on license.

Maybe it doesn't? I figured it did since technically it's a moving violation, but you could be right. I never gotten busted from a camera so I have no idea. If that's the case, I would just pay it. Not worth fighting for.

I would go and ask for a trial by Jury! Seriously! Its allowed and they stand the best chance of finding you innocent, OR the judge/DA will get pissed at your attempt and come up with a plea bargain

Got some nice night shots of the back of my car, plus a $70 ticket.

No points or insurance stuff, just a fine.

Yes, yes, yes, yes, and not really. I don't have a beef with the police, they have a tough job and do OK generally. I have a problem with politicians who rely on the police for ticket revenue.

I have been pulled over twice in Cobb county before I got my tag and they just wanted to make sure my truck wasn't hot. :dunno
