It is still a great and solid ride, I just learned my lesson to only buy "mainstream models" from now on... Z3 roadster, sure. coupe, maybe not!

I've got the green 1992 525i 5 speed. My sister has a white 1992 525iA. Hers in un-moded. I plan to change that. Nothing to drastic though, clear lights, euro-bumper trim and maybe I'll debadge it. I don't think she knows I plan on doing this though. :) hahahahaa

i have two 5ers in my garage... my 1995 525i and my dad's 2001 525i.

which is faster???

both cars have slush boxes. the e34 has a few mods, such as jim c chip, intake, and exhaust. e39 is stock, and comes with a few less hp stock. driving the two, the e39 is quicker.
