Does anyone know where I can replace my fasteners from the middle front muffler forward besides the stealer? This is the list I took from RealOEM....it's essentially everything but the bracket plates and the pipes themselves....All totalled there's ballpark about $70 worth of hardware depending on which of the last two gaskets I need......

cant you buy from that web site? and the only other idea would be to go get it off of another car or customly fabricate your own!

I don't quite know how updated that information is. I'm thinking that it's strictly a resource for information, part number, diagrams and such. I don't think it is a commerce enabled website where you can buy parts. If you looked at the parts I'd list you'd find they are mostly bolts, nuts, clamps and washers with a few gaskets thrown in. Not something you'd just find layin around. Besides I've taken a lot of time and effort to replace a lot of stuff with quality parts and I'm not willing to compromise that just to save a few bucks. I've already checked out quite a few parts websites and haven't found ANY that supply the parts in the detail I've listed......

Ace Hardware carry's metric fasteners.

Be sure to get the correct thread pitches...in the main metric sizes there are usually 3 different pitches available. On the E21, most are the standard (middle) pitch, but i think every once in a while they sneak in a different one.

Napa carries automotive grade nuts, bolts, etc. The exhaust manifold nuts are single use. Napa or exhaust shop should carry things like rubber donuts

i think napa (and other parts stores) charges quite a bit for those rubber donuts....you can get them for cheap from an online parts source (like bmauto.com)
