I am trying to decide between H&R Sports and OEs for my 95 M3. Anyone in the tristate area with this setup that can let me see their car and possibly ride in it?

i have an e30 with the H + R OE Sport Springs, the front is like a rock but the rear is sort of soft, relativly speaking..

i guess its a recommeneded set up for a daily driver becuase it doenst kill your butt

I've seen an M3 JUST like yours there a little while back...If you're around there regualrly, I would like to get a ride in your car. I am contemplating the same setup(HR/Bilstein) and want to know how it rides on our fantastic LI roads.....btw, I am in Nesconset by the Watermill Inn.

Dang...I was just there this morning too...my twin girls were born there on Feb 5th, they are still in the NICU(they were TINY)...if you are going to the NY BMWCCA AutoX on the 29th lemme know, we should caravan:D and by any chance do you still have your other setup, or know anyone that has similar for sale around here??

Did you guys who had/have this setup swap out your rear spring pads for taller ones?

I am near Trenton with that setup...if you wanna take a ride, come on down...my good friend lives in Paramus and it takes him about an hour to get to my place...

No Problem...and to answer your question about the sring pads...I left the stock ones in...just be careful when you jack the car up on one side...the springs are so short they can pulled out when the rear wheel is high enough off the ground...and when you let the car back down off the jack, make sure the spring fits back on the perch correctly...otherwise you'll get an annoying squeak...I had that for months and I thought it was my RSM's...as far as the ride goes...for the firtst few months (depending on how much you drive) it will be quite stiff, but it will break in and become softer...

Update: I got this setup installed over the weekend and I am very happy with it. It is just what I was hoping for. Nice and stiff but nice over bumps too. I used the 15mm spring pads in the rear and it looks pretty good. Took the car up to Harrimann State Park and it handled great on the twisty roads up there.

So now I have a set of stock 1995 M3 Springs laying around, if anyone knows anyone who is looking for a set for very cheap.
