I don't want to do it, but i'm needing to do some unexpected home repair, and could definitly use the funds. I have only had this car for a few months, and some of you here might recognize it. I bought this car from David Harrison of Harrison Motorsports a few months ago with the intention of using it as a dd. For those of you who don't know, this is the turbo'd e23 that was never officially sold in the US.

Previous Owner has invested approx 14K in PARTS ONLY, not counting the rediculous number of hours put in to get this car where it is today. The 4speed auto transmission was rebuilt, the buffalo hide leather redye'd, the car was repainted (except the scuttle, you can see it in the engine bay picture). It has the team 745i turbo kit, adjustable boost (max 17psi) and the guage pod in the middle of the dash. I don't believe it was ever dyno'd, but I will find out tomorrow.

All 4 seats power and heated, power windows, glass moonroof and locks all work. What doesn't work is the blower switch and interior lights. the blower switch i hope to get resolved shortly, the interior lights don't work when the doors are open, but you can turn them on with the switch on the dashboard. When the blower is working, A/C is cold, and heat is warm. Complete tool kit in trunk. Has nearly new Yoko avs es100 rubber on BBS RS 16's. Stereo was replaced with a CD head unit, still have the original unit (and if hooked back up, the rear seat radio controls may still work)

exterior cosmetic issues, paint has swirls, one door ding in the driver side front fender, paint is touched up under the rear wheel wells. driver side foglamp cracked. interior cosmetic issues, dash is cracked, wood trim has lost it's smooth veneer, but it's not splitting or cracked (and actually i kind of like the more natural look), some portions of the buffalo hide center console have been scratched over time, when the seats were redyed, the center console was not.

All in all this car is in beautiful shape, in great working order and a beast on the street. I just changed the oil about 300 miles ago. The details here are only about 20%, if you are interested, please pm me or email me steve@darg.net for more pictures and info. I am asking $8700. Trades possibly considered with the stipulation that i won't have to be paying a balance :-) a good trade would be a 90-91 318is, an e34, or an 86-87 MB 190e 2.3 16v...or whatever you got.

I can't post pics yet, i'll see if i can work out a way to get them on my website tonight.
