No, they are not staggered. The lip is about 3".

What is the center bore size?

I'm local and can pickup.

I believe it is 2.2" dia. These rims are approved by BBS for E39 fitment.

bump for great price. wish it fit my car. would spacers push the offsets out? lots of rims being sold for 5 series and up. i need at least ET 27 but i guess with spacers im increasing overall width.

The offset if low for E36 or E46 :-(

Yes, they are. The exact term is "micro-ball polished" IIRC.
