"CHECK CONTROL INACT, SEE SERVICE MANUAL"

I get this when I push "check" on my 18 button obc unit.
ANyone had this problem?
I looked ant the manual and found nothing that would referance to this.
Please help...

try unplugging the battery for awhile and then touch the pos & neg cables together while the battery is disconnected, this sometimes get things to work again.

what does it mean?

if you can't read half of it, hit Ctrl-A. half the text on the page is the same color as the background.

first, test 19 to unlock, then test 11.
