EDIT: sorry forgot to mention that it fits 525's with m50 engine configurations.

I had a bosal once... no problems really but no performance gains either... pick it up if you need a replacement.

does it look and sound like oem muffler?

as far as looks go, looks exactly like stock except for it being new. The sound should be the same as how you would get your e34 10-15 years ago.
