Is it possible to upgrade from the low cluster to the high cluster and get more of the OBC functions? And would it show up on the MID as well? I currently have the very basic MID and low cluster so what would this require? I know I'd need a high cluster but what else? wiring harness??

all of the high cluster functions are part of the IKE(High Cluster). if you want to you can upgrade and retrofit high cluster, and retrofit high MID, you will need to change the ZCS master code from the GT-1/DISPLUS/SSS.
