Identify this tranny...

[UDM Motorsport]

I got this tranny with all my E30 S50 swap parts...and i'm not sure if this is a M3 tranny or a 3 series tranny and wondered if you all know what this is?
I know it bolted fine to my 95 M3 engine.
Here's the numbers on the tranny.
