I am looking to go with a bar (cage?), seats, and harnesses in my car soon.
I am all hung up on the Sparco Milanos, which recline and seem like a great seat for a car that is track first, occasional, uncomfortable street 2nd.
Does anyone have these? They fit me well and sem light enough, but cost a boatload more than one piece shells. Is a two pice reclining seat like this reasonable for a car that is only driven on the street to get to/from the track?

Just not sure why you want these???
Hardly any lateral support at all. I've sat in these and it's more like sitting "on" a seat rather then "in" a seat.
IMHO, not fit for a track car at all.

......I agree w/ onasled.......
for a car that is "track first"..........that would not be a great choice at all. You really should consider a fixed shell as several are quite comfy for a "track first" car. Are you geting a bar or cage?.....big difference when considering street driving.

Thanks guys. I guess the alcantra makes them seem much grippier than my slip and slide vaders. I'll keep looking.
Likely bar not cage.
Still looking to have two piece reclineable seats...

I sat in these and did a session at THill with a guy who has these in his car Sunday. They are infinetly better than stock leather vaders.
Not quite up to a 1 piece bucket for support but at least I can use the car on the street with them.
I guess that you guys have only sat in (on 8-) these, and not been out on track on them?

Keep in mind that a roll bar will eliminate most of the function for reclining seats. IMO you should just find a set of race shells that fit you well. A proprly selected race shell can be just as comfortable as a 2-piece, and 10X more supportive on the track.

I sat in a Cobra Imola II seat, and it was pretty comfy and not that hard to get out of. No driving experience though.
