As some of you know I got my wheels on Monday. While having them balanced found out that onen is bent and will not balance completely out. Now I know I can get this fixed without too much of a hastle but I can't decide if I really like the looks of them on my car. I am going to pull them off tonight and put the stockers back on until you guy's help me make up my mind. Should I spend the money and have the wheel straightened and just ride with them or just let them go to someone else.

Thanks in advance,
Kevin

Well, I've already said -1 but I'm not feeling helpfull enough to find you an alternative...
Sorry.
But you know, the wheel photo you posted made them look pretty good... maybe it's the photo of them on your car, in the garage, from a crummy angle, with bad light that makes me not like them...try more photography.
It's certainly cheeper than new wheels.

I think they look good. Try Wheel Wizard to get it straightened out. They are located on PIB, by the dunkin donuts area.

This is Gods message telling you to get new wheels. Yes you should I.M.O, give Geordie a ring. Some Beyern's are cheap and would look good

The new ones look fine, but the stock ones weren't bad at all.

Some folks like more ornate wheels, but the trade-off is that they can distract from the car as a whole, and become an object of attention on their own. If that's your goal that's fine. But I think the simpler style of the stock wheels works better in the presentation of the car as a cohesive overall design.

Either way you go, good luck!

If it were me... well, first of all, they'd be $10 each bottlecaps from a junkyard. Second, I would just beat the hell out of the bent wheel with a hammer to fix it. It probably has a pretty obvious flat spot.

cheaper wheels are usually made of softer metal so even if you fix them all it takes is ONE pothole to mess them up again.

True story.

You could go wider in the back if you wanted to...see all of the room out there? You need a lower-offset wheel to fill in that space. There are lots of options for you, so feel free to give me a call anytime! :)
