We at AAEP group would like to issue an apology to Bimmerforums.com and its members in regards to the downward fall of the "Umnitza" thread (http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=497047). However, do not mistake this apology as a sign of weakness, because the AAEP group as a whole stands behind the statements put forth by Mr. Tseng (absolutealex). We here at the AAEP strive for excellence, and we do not tolerate any unethical behavior. Regarding the behavior of Matt Grinstaig, Umnitza, we are enacting a full expulsion from future events. AAEP appreciates the time and money sponsoring vendors put forth for AAEP events, and as such we strive to treat every sponsoring vendor with the respect they deserve. Unfortunately, when Mr. Matt Grinstaig impeded on sponsoring vendors' space, he was also impeding on their rights as paying vendors. Disregarding sponsoring vendor's rights is something the AAEP does not tolerate. Again, we apologize for the degradation of the "Umnitza" thread. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Shame that other thread was closed, as well as nearly all the other threads that have anything negative to say about Umnitza. I wonder why that is? :mad

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Matt. This past week he replaced my two broken LED bulbs, even though one of the broken bulbs was my fault due to me not attaching the housing seals.

He's always extremely responsive to my problems and willing to help out. Also in the past he's helped out with my complex shipping issues, so Matt has been a tremendous help over the past few years.

I had a really good experience shopping with Umnitza. They answered all my questions promptly and helped me track down what I needed to complete my install.

Very happy with the service provided. That being said a lot of people were/ have been disappointed
