My friend is planning on buying a 2001 M3 with over 100,000 miles.

I know one of the major thing is he need to check and make sure the engine had the recall service/replacement performed.

What else should be looked at? Do subframes go bad like they do in the e36?

Anything and everything that should be look at let me know.
