Anyone know of any quality tiny shops within the Bay Area that charges less than or equal to $180 for window tinting? I know of Omega Tint-works which i have used before. Any suggestions?

I just called King Tint about right now and they said $155 for 5 windows on an E36...

i got mine done at KINGTINT 7 months ago for $150 for all windows EXCEPT front windshield. Its still PERFECT and yes they pos ton craigslist. It came with lifetime warranty and they did it in the wintertime which is even harder. Good luck all....

I drove 40 minutes to King Tint and when I got there that dude told me he cancelled my appointment earlier this morning due to a problem he encountered to this one car... well he called the wrong number and left there a message... I never gave my number wrong, or he probably heard it wrong, not only that, but he is also making it sound like it's my fault because I accidentally gave him my number wrong... didn't even show appreciation that I drove there for 40 minutes... "sorry" that's all I got from him... uuuhhhggggg...

On their webiste, they say they use SunTek tint, so I asked about the InfinityOP line which I have on my car. Here is his response:

well that experience, to me, says that those people are not very customer service oriented people... I didn't see the waiting area that is posted in their website... In fact I didn't even know where to walk to look for the front desk or somethin'... I decided to go in the place where one car was raised up in the air, probably doing some body work, but still out of the four guys who saw me there wasn't one of them who came up to me to ask what I needed help with... I had to ask this one guy who looked at me, if I didn't I bet he would of not talked at all...

Well their price is much cheaper than anyone else out there so I think that's the main concern... I'd go back there if they return my call before Monday, otherwise, I'm getting my windows tinted by Omega Tintwerks in Pleasanton, it's the shop I always heard from anyone else in S2ki.com, ClubRSX.com, and other forums... They say the place is very nice and they have a big lounge out there with countless magazines and TV... Well, Vince, the owner, quoted me for $230. He said he'll give me $20 back if I get to bring him one more car... well, I still hope KingTint will give me a callback, $75 is still a big difference...

Omega is the best. Vince is a great guy and he loves his work. he did the E38 and my brother's maxima..and several of my friend's wrxs. He doesnt take weekend apps anymore, though. Price is reasonably priced since he takes great care into each job (its just him working there).

Screw king-tint. Im going back to vince even if its more expensive and farther away...i just cant handle kingtint's lack of professionality and customer service :mad

I've seen Naw T 3's car before. The tint job/quality is very good.

My tint quality is PURRRRRRRRRRFECT. Its been on for apprx 7months now. No bubblings/peeling/fading, and HEY if ti does, then guess what???? LIFETIME WARRANTY BIATCHES! Honestly though, i dont know how Kingtint is doing now, but WHEN i want. It was GREAT service. They had a Little LOUNG with GAMES/DVDS/SHITLOAD magazines, the WHOLE nine yards. Food, drinks, etc. Maybe he changed now or MOVED? god knows? good luck tho!

Them not giving return calls just doesn't seem like they are the people who do very good jobs... Oh well...

hmm i CANT remember his name BUT when i called him, he replied within ten minutes. He is a INDEPENDENT person is all i remember. hmmm.... Never been pulled for the tint. Pics make it look darker a bit. 20% is perfect, anything more or less=forget it.

i got all 5 windows done for 120$ @ west coast tinting in fairfield. I think it was a hook up price, but you can call and ask if he would give that to you. Nice guy who owns it.
