Temp to Hire...

Basic Job Description...

Service Desk Agent receives inbound phone calls and e-mails from customers. The Service Desk Agent provides technical assistance in resolving the customer's computer or network problem. The problem is documented into an Incident tracking ticket and either closed or assigned/dispatched to level-2 support by the Service Desk Agent. For new services, the Service Desk Agent will open a Request ticket and assign to the level-2 team for completion.

In Plano, $12-13/hr, benefits once it goes perm (roughly 3 months temp then company hires you on perm)

PM or email to stephanie.strong@accountingprincipals.com if you're interested/have questions. Email is the best way to reach me during business hours :)

Sigh... if you were here right now... I have a contract Sr Project Administrator/Business Development and Analysis opening in Plano, like 6 weeks or so of work... paying like $50-60/hr. Instead you're a smelly pirate hooker. :(

Spoken like a true Business Development Analyst :stickoutt

I wish the company could wait, they want someone by next week... I might slide your resume their way and tell them if they can wait 3 or 4 weeks then you're all theirs to use and abuse. We shall see how that works out...

I'll let you know if they like 'em real thick and juicy. While I'm simply countering your quote, that just sounds bad. So as of Mar 25 you're available? I'll let you know!
