:nono :mad :shifty

So pissed at this point, as I just got a huge door ding from some SUV because the motion sensor and the shock sensor I paid extra for over their base alarm system simply FLASHES MY LIGHTS as they destroy my brand new paint job / body work / door ding work - it was perfect.

I've mentioned this problem almost a month ago and have recieved nothing but hell from these people, the only thing they actually researched / looked up / explained to my was the price of the alarm system (after I said I paid $400 for an alarm that doesn't function.. I rounded up a few bucks, they proceed to write out all of the prices to correct me about the actual price I paid - as if justifying the fact that the siren doesn't work.)

The next email told me to check the wiring, blah blah, like I'm some idiot, AFTER I already told them that I had plugged in an OEM BMW siren from a 99 M3 and it worked perfectly. :mad So either one person didn't even remember the history or read through it or they have another person "dealing" with the issue now.

Other issues as quoted from my first email to them dated Feb. 3.
1. Siren has stopped working, confirmed by plugging in OEM alarm and having it work perfectly.. checked wiring, etc.
2. Distance sensor is extremily UNsensetive, even when set to max.
3. No clear indications of what the other functions on the system do or how you enable them (easy to mute the system or put it into silent unintentionally.)
4. The spring loaded flip key mechanism is starting to fail causing the key part to hang out of the case, really annoying.
5. Range. Really simple, it's not good at all, with brand new batteries.. at times I have to get a few car lengths apart which defeats the point of the alarm system.
6. Parts quality (such as bmw sticker on the remotes, and the obvious quality of siren.. along with the cheap SOUND quality.. which makes the alarm sound like a toy.)
7. This is all for an almost totally new system.

Beware, the system sounds cool and all, but there's zero point to an alarm that doesn't make any sound.

Yeah the fact that their site is down freaks me out even more, really not sure what to do at this point.

Seeing as how it was a very expensive alarm I'd rather just get a refund at this point and buy a REAL alarm from a reputable company for 2/3rd of the cost.

This place SUCKS, there's no trace of them anywhere now.

What the hell should I do? :(

Also, can a mod change the topic to BMWSecuritySystems.com? I had bmwalarmsystems.com.

Yah they conveniantly left out a phone number. I guess they like giving people one-word smart ass answers over email instead.

I know they were on ebay because that is where I bought my keyless entry from them. Maybe try and contact them through ebay?
