I don't have a 2002, but I did see something interesting recently. I was on my way to go hiking at a mountain near seattle washington, when I drove past a pile of 2002's in somebodies personal driveway. Who ever it is, they must have had at least ten 02's. I just figured that the person must be a bimmerforums fanatic, and would see this. I am only posting this because I was quite stunned with the large number of 02's in one place. I thought it was very cool to see somebody so personally devoted to 02's that they literally covered 20% of their property in them. Kudos on the collection.

That's Brian Capp, owner of M10 Autowerks, and the organiser of NW 02 Fest, which is held in North Bend.

And here's a slightly less than flattering picture of the man himself, after a ride in a friend's M1.

That's pretty cool. I have one 2002 and it takes up about 20% of my property.

I have two 02's and it takes up 50% of my drive way space. :D But none the less good to know the 02's are still strong. :D

I've spent a few miles in that particular M1, and yes, it is rather ummmmm "grin inducing". Never driven it, but passenger seat is more than enough fun for one person to handle.

Brian can be contacted through the Seattle 02 Group, but I can never remember the site. Ask for him on the FAQ board.
