I live in houston and I need to find a place that will install my exhaust.
If any one lives in Houston and has mods done at a certain shop, let me know please. :help

You don't need a body shop to install your exhaust, you need a muffler or performance shop. :)

love the guys there but it's a little pricey. if it's custom defiantly take it to joel but they are a tad on the pricey side!

Jack up the rear endto where you can get under easy. Follow the muffler pipe back to the cat pipe and unbolt the muffler pipe from the cat pipe (should be 4 bolts, 2 on each pipe. Helpful hint is to leave the bolts in to hold the pipe while you unbolt the other mounts.
At the muffler look and you'll see 2 mounts that attach to the chassis. Unbolt those mounts and the muffler will drop. A floor jack here to keep the exhaust from falling is a good idea.
With the exhaust off, you'll take off the mounts and put them on the new exhaust. Use the jack to help lift the exhaust up and into place and reattach it to the chassis. Leave the bolts loose for the time being so you can adjust it. Then reattach the cat pipe and tighten up everything good.

I'd be able to help you out if you can wait a few weeks. My tools are in storage due to a move but I'm hoping to be moved in by mid to late march. PM me if you are interested
