I'm just going to lay down a few of my experiences w/various vendors that I've delt with on Bimmerforums and maybe you could drop your experiences in on this thread as well.

Turner Motorsport = The Best!, Fast shipping, Good Tech Support (I havn't asked them any really hard questions, but when I did have a question they did have an answer)

Performace Parts Store = Just damn good, Shipping is quick, Customer Service is great as well Craig is a stand up guy. An example I ordered bilstiens, but had to cancel my order a couple days later and he refunded my money right away and that's why I buy all my oem parts from them. Plus free shipping over 150 dollars.

UUC = Good experience as well, Quick shipping, I had to ask them a quick question and they gave me a quick answer, so I can't complain.

Bimmerzone = NEXT DAY SHIPPING I was like wtf, but it really was that fast, super cheap w/good quality product

Umnitza = ...?...I'm in a transaction w/them right now, we will see how it goes, so far it has been average.

Bav Auto Works = Good quality products, Quick shipping as well although I think thier shipping prices are inflated ALOT!, but maybe they automatically chose 2nd day air shipping instead of the standard 3-5, but I didn't have a choice on thier website...

Ebay = Mostly good experiences, cheap product, usually cheap build as well, I had one guy rip me off, but this is expected. If it's too good to be true it usually is aint that how they say it? Usually good for interior pieces.

Bimmerforums Classifieds = Everybodies really nice, answering questions, sending emails, blah blah blah, but it never seems like a transaction actually goes through at least for me. Somebody always bought it or paid more or did something under the table w/o letting you know. I guess that's how the game goes though. No bad experiences though.

Share your experiences w/vendors as well, so people can get a feel for who to work with and who to stay away from.

Umnitza- Awesome customer service! I always have my phone call answered and prompt e-mail responses. Matt is always super helpful.

TMS- Seems great. In the process of getting some fog light delete panels from them as we speak.

Adrenaline Racing- Little known on this board, but Eddie is one of the best guys I've had the pleasure of working with. I highly recommend them to anyone!

UUC- I haven't done business with them, but they have one of the best customer service aspects of anyone period from what I've seen.

Bavarian Autosport- Premium prices but top-notch service! I've worked with Ian a number of times (I ask for him everytime I call) and had nothing but the best service from him/them.

Classifieds- These have been good for me. I've sold and bought a few items through it and never had a bad experience!

I've ordered from Turner, Bavauto, Understeer, Umnitza, BMP, ActiveAutowerks, UUC, Rogue, and not one bad experience.

Turner is about the closest thing to a one-stop-shop when it comes to BMW modding. And they still manage to have just about the best prices. Huge asset to the bimmer community.

Not sure if all of these are BF supporting vendors, but here goes:

TMS: Always great. Order is always correct and shipped fast. Very apologetic when an item was shipped ONE day later than promised! Excellent customer service.

Bimmerworld: Awesome. Besides the correct order/shipped fast thing, these guys have gone above and beyond for me twice. Once by getting a needed part shipped overnight despite me calling them after they closed, the other by calling me about an order and suggesting an alternative barely-used part they had on hand that was $100 cheaper.

UUC: Haven't ordered directly from them in a couple of years. Shipping was glacier-slow back then, but products are great. No real complaints, as I didn't need those parts fast.

Ebay: ebay is ebay; you win some, you lose some. Very few bad experiences, though.

Pelican Parts: Order always correct and shipped fast. Good place to shop for OEM parts. Not always the best price on some items, but overall pretty good.

MPACT: Very happy with them. One item took awhile to get shipped, they sent me a free bottle of Motul brake fluid with it as an apology. They did a great job getting my car operational when the clutch and flywheel grenaded.

BMP/Rogue/Zionsville/Bavarian/JTD/Victory Product Design: Order always correct and shipped fast. No problems with any of these.

Ground Control: I've had nothing but good experiences here. Some products are great, some are so-so (although I must say the so-so parts I have were redesigned a year later).

Bavarian Motor Recycling - Awesome guys, if they have the part, you know it will be 100%. Great prices, and prompt service and shipping!

Bavarian Autiosport - High prices, but high quality.

Millaracing - Low overhead and amazing prices. Thanks Jon!

Yeah I forgot to mention my ordeal with Mpact...

Mpact: Slow shipping...I ordered the reinforcement brackets for rear sways for the e36. Anyways...slow shipping like 2+ weeks I had forgot that I even ordered them when they finally arrived at my door. Then...No directions on how to weld in the pieces of crap! so I email them no response after 3 days...email again. again no response...I decide I won't even call them or attempt to return the part since it was only a 2 dollar part. I end up calling tms for thier kit 40 dollars, but it actually comes with instructions and looks much beefier...tms ftw!

Tirerack: Jim is awesome, eibach suspension delivered to canada in less than a week, perfect condition and cheap too

Bimmerzone: Great service from vince on a peake research tool, fast too

Steve Fazek: Good price on lip spoiler with paint as well, average shipping time, seemed like a good guy over the phone

My experiences:

Turner Motorsport - Excellent

PPS - Excellent

I have also had several good experiences with private sellers on this board. Let's try and keep it that way.
