You might ask Ray about the adjustments. He adjusted the Rear Camber Arms and all they could dial out at the alignment shop was to -2.5* of camber. Your car is gonna be hooked up when you are finally done replacing everything. You need to come out to the April BMWCCA DE!!!

basically you have 3 options
stock bushings with ground control (plastic?)shims
stock bushings with turner aluminum shims
powerflex bushings with built in shim

I'd go with teh PF but I have already given up on the idea of having a smooth ride, what ever floats your boat

Nope, but they are cheaper at Bimmerworld. The rear subframe bushings are cheaper at BMP.

I did Powerflex CAB's earlier this week. I didn't buy the bushings already pressed into the carrier so I had to so that part myself. Was a PITA but with $350 of tools rentals from Vato Zone I got it done. I also installed the TMS aluminum RTAB shims last week. Today was brakes on my car and my dads, tomorrow in brake flush for both. Ohh, and I got new tires today.

installed.
Now I need one lower ball joint on the rear, and then it's time for an alignment and new tires.
Tires = corded.
