had any problems with steering column wiring???

installed new locks(ignition,doors,etc),while driving, engine stalled and lost all electrical...pulled to side of road and as the steering wheel tilted up from memorized position,all lights came on and was able to start vehicle....bad install connection or bad wire??(suspecting)
anyone had similar issue????

I would guess that the column wiring may have been damaged when installing the switch. Could be the connection though. Look where the wiring enters the column.

I just started the vehicle and moved the wires around and it killed the engine for the first couple of times, but I couldn't pinpoint the issue....now it's running fine...seems like a bad wire connection....

geez must suck to have problems when bought recently.
