Pearl City was buzzing with rare bimmers today.

On my way to Safeway I saw a Polaris Silver 3.0cs with the old school racing airdam and 17" BBS RS'. HAWT! About 20 seconds later a nice E28 M5 went by as well.

Anyone have any info on the sliver CS? It was headed up toward Pearl Country Club.

It has a 3.5 motronic motor installed by Carl Nelson Of LaJolla Independent. His 280se got damaged at the tech fest at BME.

He also has an awesome black M6!
He must be one of the oldest BMWCCH members. He said joined back in the '70s

His is actually an '85 euro 635csi with BBS RS on it, IIRC. I wonder if he swapped the rims out?

Lifetime membership has only been around for the past few years.

The person who has been with CCA the longest in the Hawaii Forum is lo_flyn followed by thrlls.
